These are formed sticks of cassava which are selected from the top growing area in Venezuela called Barinas. They are pre-fried ready to heat and have a crunchy outside and a tender inside. Its holding time is much longer that regular fries and cassava is considered a very healthy root vegetable of tropical latitudes. Use it as you would use a French fries or as an exotic tropical garnish for your plates.
